FEMA   Apr06:  Fema has not yet issued their declaration for this event.  They have responded and are currently performing a Preliminary Damage Assessment (PDA see CEMA below.)  to have your location assessed read more here.               
California Emergency Management  Once a PDA is conducted, the California Emergency Management Agency (Cal EMA) uses the information to determine whether further assistance can be requested. In all disasters, Cal EMA Individual Assistance staff can assist local representatives in identifying the need to establish a Local Assistance Center and specific resources to assist the community in its recovery efforts.
